Recyled Yarn

Or the mindless things I like to do while watching TV with Chris.
Sometimes I take apart sweaters that I purchased at Goodwill, just for that purpose, and for the yarn it will yield. I use a scimtar style seam ripper, purchased from a specialty quilt shop, it doesn’t mess around when it comes to ripping!
Pictured is a yellow rayon ribbon yarn that was formerly a Coldwater Creek tunic, you know, those kind that you wear with the long, flowing broomstick skirts.
