Chris and I went golfing at our local Pasture Golf (the really great Frontier Golf in Canby, OR) and had our usual hilarious misadventures. After one major mishap, I started wondering what is it about us humans and our need to play around with balls and sticks, anyway????
When we came back the rhubarb farmer from one of the three adjoining fields had dropped by with not one 20 lb. box of rhubarb, but TWO! Chris had asked if we could buy some while we where there. He wanted to know what we were going to do with it all, I said dry pack it and make goodies all year long.
So, after we get back home, guess who washes, peels, and slices rhubarb til’ about 10 pm???
ME!! this morning my arms and elbows were so sore when I woke up, and that is after doing yoga stretching session before bed…bring on the naproxen.
